Kiroli Park is a family–oriented park rich in history. Kiroli’s name combines the first two letters of the Kiwanis, Rotary and the Lions clubs who purchased the land in 1925 to give to the boy scouts of America as a retreat. Kiroli Park is now owned and operated by the people of West Monroe.

Most of Kiroli’s 150 acres are wooded and accessible through paved streets and trails and hold surprises like a covered bridge, observation tower, or elevated walkways.

A large open pavilion is the perfect area for a wedding, wedding reception or family reunion. Kiroli Park also has several picnic shelters that are are great for birthday parties and are available for a nominal fee.

Within the Park’s 150 acres you can enjoy several playgrounds, a unique conservatory, tennis courts, numerous gardens, fishing ponds or just hiking the trials.

Various cultural events such as outdoor concerts a ballet performance and Christmas lighting display are held annually at Kiroli. Call for dates and times.
