The mission of the West Monroe Fire Department Training Division is to set guidelines for all firefighter training, providing access to the latest equipment, tactics and technologies within an environment that stresses quality instruction and the highest commitment to safety. We seek to enhance the abilities, both intellectual and physical, of all personnel to better serve the department and the community.
